The workbook below implements unbounded, semi-bounded, and bounded metalogs as presented in The Metalog Distributions. Users may specify up to 10,000 input data points (m=2 to 10,000) and choose among metalog distributions with numbers of terms ranging from 2 to 16 (n=2 to 16).
This workbook is programmed without named ranges, macros, or external references so it can be easily and safely copied into other Excel workbooks while retaining its full functionality. It is in ".xlsx" (Excel 2007 or later) format. For additional information, see the Excel Workbooks page.
