Bounded Metalog Equations

The equations for the bounded metalog distribution are shown below.  These are reproduced from The Metalog Distributions, Section 4.3. The first ten terms of these equations are implemented in "Bounded Metalog" and "ELD Bounded Metalog" Excel workbooks. Note that these equations refer back to certain of the Unbounded Metalog Equations and of the Semi-Bounded Metalog Equations.
