Semi-Bounded Metalog Equations

The equations for the semi-bounded metalog distribution are shown below.  These are reproduced from The Metalog Distributions, Section 4.1.  The first ten terms of these equations are implemented in "Semi-Bounded Metalog" and "ELD Semi-Bounded Metalog" Excel workbooks. Note that these equations refer back to certain of the Unbounded Metalog Equations.
